Our delicate, appealingly tender Maifun (Angel Hair) rice noodles are fantastic any way you serve them, from Spaghetti to a tasty side tossed in Olive Oil. Like all our rice noodles, they are a fat free food, free of wheat, and gluten. Their delightful texture and mild flavor make them a fun, light alternative to ordinary pasta.

Rice Flour, Water.

Directions

Boil: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring 4-5 quarts water to a boil. 2. Add noodles and boil 2-4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Drian. For cold noodle dishes, rinse under cold water. 4. Mix with your favorite sauce and vegetables. Enjoy the goodness! Stir Fry: For stir-fry, soak noodles in hot water for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Add drained noodles to stir-fry; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
