      MegaFood®️ Women’s One Daily delivers vitamins C and D, plus folic acid that your body needs. 9 mg of iron replenishes levels lost during menstruation, and a Nourishing Food and Herb Blend supports cellular energy production and nervous system health.† All in a once-a-day tablet that can be taken any time of the day, even on an empty stomach.       Ingredients

      Ferment Media (organic Brown Rice, Rice Protein, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Yeast [inactive]), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Organic Brown Rice, Rice Protein, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Hypromellose.

      Directions

      1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach.
