      Concentrated Seawater.

      Suggested Use: Adults take 1-2 ml (1/2 tsp; 40 drops) daily. Days 1-3: 10 drops/day. Days 4-6: 20 drops/day. Days 7+: 30 drops/day and increase drops daily until you reach 40 drops (2.5 ml) spread throughout the day. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce amount per serving. Children Age 1-3: Take 1 drop for every 5 lbs of body weight. For regular or sodium-restricted diets. Re-Mineralize Purified Water: Add 20-40 drops per gallon or taste (2-4 drops per 12 oz). Minor crystallization may occur, but this does not affect product quality.

      Do not refrigerate.
