Inspired by Vietnamese grilled street foods, Mekhala’s Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste is your shortcut to delicious, healthy meals. Earthy and mild, Mekhala's authentically stone ground paste is incredibly easy to use, and makes cooking Asian cuisine simple and quick.

Each jar contains concentrated paste made with fresh herbs sourced from small organic farms in northern Thailand. 8 to 10 servings per jar.

Pairs well with seafood, chicken, vegetables, noodles, rice.

Spice level: No chilies (Not Spicy).

Recipe Suggestion: Lemongrass Turmeric Fried Rice (Serves 2)

Stir fry 2 cups cooked rice with 2 heaped tsp Mekhala lemongrass turmeric paste and ingredients of choice (eg. veggies, eggs, etc).

Refrigerate after opening and best consumed within 30 days.
