      Organic Cauliflower, Organic Red Pepper, Organic Onion, Organic Green Pepper.

      Directions

      For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stovetop Directions: Heat 1 Tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add vegetables. Cover; cook 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add vegetables to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: Time on high: 6:00 to 6:30; Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1000: Time on high: 7:00 to 8:00; Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 700: Time on high: 9:00 to 9:30. Do not microwave in bag. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well.

      Tip: Serve cooked riced cauliflower blend with desired toppings: Cooked chickpeas; Fresh parsley leaves; Crumbled feta cheese.
